Born 1962, in Kilmarknock, Ayrshire, Scotland; Education: Glasgow University, M.A. (honours).

The Ice-Cream Machine was adapted as a thirteen-part television series, in English and Gaelic, by SMG, 2004.

A sequel to Exodus.
